The Smile Company, a start-up dental practice in Maryland Heights, MO, had no brand recognition in the local market. We implemented our 5-C Method start-up funnel, creating a comprehensive marketing plan to create awareness and generate interest.

One of the main strategies we used was Google's Performance Max, it provides some innovative targeting options. For instance, you can target people who visit your competitors' login pages. For The Smile Company, we used this tool to our advantage by targeting local customers who had visited local Google my business pages for Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and The Apple Store.
While this traffic might be less likely to convert, it's still a powerful tool when running brand traffic for a start-up. In fact, it outperforms Facebook, and helped us generate significant interest in The Smile Company.

We also created remarketing nurture campaigns that served stronger CTA ads, and turned top-of-funnel traffic into actual patient appointments. Within 90 days, we booked over 400 new patients, establishing The Smile Company as a trusted dental service provider in the local market.
