Newspaper Ads
With so many newspapers making news of their own by going under, or facing multi-million dollar deficits, you may be wondering why you should even consider newspaper advertising.
The fact is, newspapers still have a place in society, and will not be going anywhere anytime soon. The typical subscriber to the newspaper is a middle-class mother or father who gets the paper everyday, finds a few moments to flip through it, and probably takes a little longer to go through the Sunday paper. What this means for you is ads that are noticeable and eye-catching. What this also means is that you should consider purchasing a run of ads. You'll save some money this way, as opposed to buying singular ads multiple times, and your chances of getting in front of the eyes of the decision maker are increased. Consider taking out a bigger, more informative ad on Sundays, when said decision maker has a few extra moments to spend more time perusing the paper.
As with any visual medium, be sure to capitalize on the fact that patients are using their eyes to stimulate their brains. Include pictures of smiles that you're especially proud of, or some of the beautiful people you've helped. Your practice name, phone number, and website should all be in large font so you can't possibly miss the means to contact you.
